Shipping your parcel
Packages are generally dispatched about within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment unless otherwise indicated on following communications and are shipped via courier, with tracking and delivery without signature.
If you prefer delivery with signature request, an additional cost will be charged, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of delivery you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.
Shipping terms for products
- Telestar S.r.l. accepts orders exclusively with delivery to the following countries: • Italy • San marino • All EU countries - Switzerland - United Kingdom
- From the moment of availability of the product ordered, the shipment of the same normally takes place within about of 3-5 working days in the case of delivery within the Italian territory, with the exception of products and solutions made to measure, the delivery of which will take place as per the order confirmation, depending on the estimated time required to carry out the project.
- Shipment of the products ordered shall take place in the manner selected by the Customer, among those available and indicated on the Telestar S.r.l. Web Site at the moment of sending the order. Telestar S.r.l. uses, at its own discretion, express couriers appointed by the same for the shipment of the order.
Withdrawal
Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal Standard instructions on withdrawal - pursuant to Article 49(4) of Legislative Decree No 206/2005 - Right of withdrawal- You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating any reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the designated carrier acquires physical possession of the goods. Please note that if the sales contract relates to multiple goods ordered by you in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the designated carrier acquires physical possession of the last good.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period. Effects of Withdrawal
- If you withdraw from this contract, you shall be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds shall be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed with Telestar Srl otherwise; in any event, you shall not incur any costs as a result of such refund.
- For the return of products purchased online on our web site, you will want to use couriers appointed by Telestar Srl. The methods and timing for the return of the products to inform Telestar Srl, Via Novara, 35 28010 - Vaprio d'Agogna (NO) Tel +39 0321966768 must be agreed by you directly and in advance with Telestar Srl
- In any case, you are kindly requested to return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the present contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 -day period.
- Please note that in the event that you use a courier appointed by Telestar Srl, the transport costs for the return of the products shall be borne exclusively by us. In the event that you do not use a courier appointed by Telestar Srl (and you are free to use other couriers), you will be responsible for both the proof of the return of the products and the costs of returning them. It is specified that, in the latter case, Telestar Srl may suspend reimbursement of the amounts received until receipt of the goods. You shall only be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
