Shipping and returns
The Telestar shop ships by tracked express courier to Italy, San Marino, the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Standard products usually leave within 3–5 working days of payment, and you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

How we ship your order
Dispatch times.
Orders usually leave about 3–5 working days after payment is received, unless we tell you otherwise. For standard products the time runs from stock availability. Made-to-order products are not covered by this timeline and are delivered as stated in the order confirmation.
Courier and tracking.
We ship with express couriers of our choice. Every shipment has a tracking link. Delivery is normally without signature; signature delivery is available for an extra charge, so please contact us before choosing it.
Shipping costs.
The cost includes a fixed handling and packaging fee and a transport charge based on the total weight of the shipment.
Several items, one order.
Separate orders cannot be merged and shipping is charged for each, so we recommend placing all items in a single order.
Packaging.
Fragile items get extra protection, and boxes are sized and padded to protect their contents. Parcels travel at the customer’s risk.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Withdrawal period.
You may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take physical possession of the goods. For several items delivered separately, the 14 days run from delivery of the last one.
How to notify us.Send us a clear statement of your decision by post or email before the period ends. You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

How to return the products.
Agree the return method and timing with us in advance. Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of your withdrawal notice; sending them before the deadline is enough.
Who pays for return shipping.
- If you use the courier appointed by Telestar, we pay the return cost.
- If you use another courier, you pay the cost and must provide proof of shipment.
Your refund.
We refund all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund goes to the payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise, at no cost to you. If you used your own courier, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods.
Condition of the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
