Goods can be paid for under the following conditions: by wire transfer in advance, credit card or via the Paypal system. Payments by credit cards belonging to the following circuits are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Payments made by credit card shall be governed by the regulations adopted by the individual credit card circuits.
Credit card details for payments made directly through the Visa, Master Card and American Express circuits and for payments made through the Paypal system are not visible to TELESTAR S.r.l. Credit card details are managed directly by the circuit operator and are protected against unauthorised access by SSL (Secure So-cketLayer) encrypted data transfer. All current browsers support SSL encryption. These data are not accessible to third parties, not even to TELESTAR S.r.l.
Payments by credit card: the shipment of the order takes place exclusively following the verification of the data of the credit card of the Customer, carried out by TELESTAR S.r.l. with the bank, and following the receipt of the authorisation to debit the credit card. The Customer's credit card shall be debited exclusively upon dispatch of the relevant order.
Payment with electronic money through the Paypal service: the method of payment with electronic money through the PayPal service is subject to the limits from time to time indicated in the purchase procedure that the Customer must follow to place the order. This payment system requires the Customer to open an account on Paypal and to accept the rules of the relevant service. TELESTAR accepts payments only from Customers registered on the Italian site of Paypal. The amount of the order shall be debited from the Customer's PayPal account after TELESTAR has confirmed the order. Delivery of the purchased product will be effected after the purchase price has been credited to TELESTAR's PayPal account. Any refunds to the Customer will be made by TELESTAR always to the PayPal account in the manner provided by the PayPal service. A confirmation e-mail will be sent by PayPal for each transaction performed.
Payment with electronic money through the Paypal Later: With PayPal Later, you have the option to defer payment for purchases made on our website. Please note that the approval and use conditions for the PayPal Later service are determined solely by PayPal and managed directly by their platform. The merchant (Telestar) has no control or influence over PayPal’s decisions regarding the eligibility of the user or the payment options provided. Any issue or inquiry regarding access to the PayPal Later service is subject to PayPal’s sole discretion
TELESTAR declines any responsibility for the possible fraudulent and illegal use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on the site. TELESTAR however reserves the right to cancel the transaction in case of suspected fraudulent use of credit cards and to request further information and/or documents without which it reserves the right not to accept payments.
