Right of withdrawal

Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal Standard withdrawal instructions - pursuant to Article 49(4) of Legislative Decree No 206/2005 you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the designated carrier acquires physical possession of the goods. Please note that if the sales contract relates to multiple goods ordered by you in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the designated carrier acquires physical possession of the last good. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Telestar Srl, with registered office in Italy, 28010 Vaprio d'Agogna (NO), Via Novara, 35 (tel. +39-0321-966768 - e-mail address info@telestar-automation.it) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds shall be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed with Telestar Srl otherwise; in any event, you shall not incur any costs as a result of such refund. For the return of products purchased online on our website, you will want to contact the couriers appointed by Telestar Srl (all the information is contained in the return form on the TELESTAR SRL website). The method and timing for the return of the products to Telestar Srl, Via Novara, 35, 28010 Vaprio d'Agogna (NO), Italy, must be agreed upon by you directly with Telestar Srl In any case, please return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. It should be noted that in the event that you make use of couriers appointed by TELESTAR SRL, the transport costs for the return of the products will be borne exclusively by us. In the event that you do not avail yourself of a courier appointed by TELESTAR SRL (you remaining free to use other couriers), you will be responsible for both the proof of the return of the products and the costs related to the return. It is specified that, in the latter case, Telestar Srl may suspend the reimbursement of the sums received until receipt of the goods. You shall only be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
