Helmholz REX 250 Router with WAN and Serial Connection, VPN Portal

The REX250 is a router produced by Helmholz, designed to work in conjunction with the myREX24 V2 portal for remote programming and maintenance. It allows for data reading from PLCs through digital inputs and the serial port (Serial-over-IP) for displaying and generating alarms via SMS and/or email. The USB host port facilitates connection of USB devices through remote maintenance tunnel (USB-over-IP). The REX 250 WAN features a WAN port for connecting to the myREX24 V2 portal, and additional Ethernet devices can be connected via the other available RJ45 ports of the integrated 4-port switch. Data transmission is secured using an encrypted VPN tunnel based on the OpenVPN protocol.
