IR615-S Router
Compactness and Convenience
The InHand IR615-S is designed to be compact and easy to install, even in tight spaces. This makes the router ideal for multiple use scenarios, especially where space is limited.
Dual SIM: The router is equipped with two SIM slots, allowing for greater flexibility and reliability in network connection. This feature is particularly useful for automatic failover, where one SIM can act as a backup in case the other SIM loses connectivity.
Optional Wi-Fi Interface: In addition to the five Ethernet ports, the IR615-S can be equipped with an optional Wi-Fi interface. This provides additional flexibility for network connections, allowing for both wired and wireless links.
Reliability and Security:
Connection Reliability: It supports multiple link backups, where wired WAN or WiFi can be the primary link, and the cellular LTE network can serve as the backup (or vice versa). This ensures connectivity is maintained even if the primary link fails.
Security: The router includes various security measures such as encrypted VPN transmission, firewall protections, and multi-level authorization control. This ensures that transmitted data is protected from unauthorized access.
Industrial Design:
Robustness: The router's design includes a solid metal casing, fanless cooling, and strong resistance to vibration and shock. These features reduce the failure rate and make the device suitable for harsh environments.
EMC Level 2 Certification: This certification ensures that the device does not interfere with other electronic devices and vice versa, a crucial requirement for many industrial applications.
Ease of Use:
User-Friendly Web Interface: The intuitive web interface facilitates the configuration and management of the router, allowing users to operate the device without needing advanced technical skills.
InConnect Service: Compatible with InConnect Service, a cloud-based platform that allows engineers to access downstream devices through secure tunnels, facilitating remote management and diagnostics.
Centralized Management:
InHand Device Manager: A free cloud platform for centralized management, allowing users to monitor and manage InHand devices remotely. This tool is essential for large-scale operations and maintaining efficient control over a distributed network of device.
